Phoaaarrr!!! Yum yum...!! It looks sooo yummy!!

The idea of halving the amount of water to make a cream instead of a 'milk' had never occurred to me, that's a brilliant idea.

But I have an idea to avoid using the cheese cloth or mesh suggested in the recipe: buying one of those press coffee makers which would be used exclusively for nut/pulse milks. I have thought about it for ages to make horchata, but I'm so lazy when it comes to making anything that I still haven't done it. But when I finally do buy it and try it, I'll post the results here.

The good old mesh and cheese cloths are good and useful for these things, but so messy!

This sounds really interesting, and maybe worth trying...? I do wonder...

Keeps about a week in the refrigerator, but don't leave it out on the counter unless you want to experiment with raw almond yogurt or kefir.

Thanks for posting, VeG!
